My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. While the rooms were tidy and had a good layout, they were not ready when we arrived and had to be changed. The cleanliness was questionable, and overall, they didn't quite live up to a 3-star standard. On the bright side, the service I received was awesome with a very helpful check-in process, but there was also a disappointing incident with rudeness. The location was central and met my requirements, making it convenient. In terms of dining, the options were plentiful, but the quality was inconsistent. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.

When I arrived, I was told I could leave if I didn't like it last minute. The room did have a strong smell of cat urine, which wasn't the best start to my stay, but the reason I ended up there was due to my vehicle breaking down.
